The Röntgen building

Designed by Grafton Architects’ Yvonne Farrell and Shelley McNamara, the building opened in 2008 and received the World Building of the Year award that same year.

Its sculptural stone volumes, light-filled spaces and landmark Aula Magna connect university life with the city.

From Milano Centrale

Take metro M3 towards San Donato to Porta Romana, then tram 9 towards Porta Genova to Porta Lodovica. Continue on foot to Via Röntgen 1.

From the airports

Linate LIN
M4 to Tricolore, then tram 9 towards Porta Genova to Via Bocconi.
Malpensa MXP
Malpensa Express to Cadorna, M2 to Porta Genova, then tram 9 to Via Bocconi.

Around the campus

The S9 suburban rail line stops at Milano Tibaldi – Università Bocconi. Follow the campus signs and continue to the Röntgen building.
